NEW WAYS OF WORKING, POST-COVID
We’re all starting to imagine what life will be like once the pandemic is over. Many have realised that our previous ways of working are outdated. The restrictions and lockdowns during the last year have provided some very valuable lessons in work-life balance, not least of which is that many companies now have proof that remote working is just as productive (if not more) than working together in an office space.
There are many things to consider as we start to plan our return to normality. Some of this is quite logistical (how do we use our office space?) but much of it needs to focus on our working practices and behaviours going forward. We’ve learnt a lot, but there’s still room for improvement, especially for those companies who plan to embrace Blended Working which combines home/remote working with time in the office.
